The pub serves what warms the heart: a roast pork so tender that even the fork smiles. Dumplings that almost fly. And red cabbage with a reminiscent flavour. Served with a freshly tapped eder beer. Asian flavours dance across the plate with Tex-Mex temperament.

At the Eder, the welcome is always very warm. That’s why the bar is right next to reception – which makes our lobby probably the cosiest in the whole country. Everything is served here, from Amaretto to Swiss stone pine schnapps. But the wine rack is also impressive. 100 and 2 different wines are hidden in there – our sommelier is happy to help you choose.

Treat your stomach in the morning. That is the eder commandment. Hostess Gertrude is already conscious of this. And pulls the ears long. And the milk bread plait. Bread from the bakery.
