Unless regulated by an individual contract, the following General Terms and Conditions apply:

No cash redemption for vouchers. Validity of vouchers, unless otherwise stated: 1 year from date of issue. Only one voucher can be redeemed per stay. Multiple vouchers cannot be combined with each other. This also applies to vouchers from other providers.

Reservations are only valid in writing by fax/email/post. When a reservation is made (accommodation contract), the international hotel
international hotel contract conditions are deemed to have been agreed.

Deposit: For individual holidays € 150,00 (summer) and € 300,00 (winter) free of charge for the beneficiary per room by bank transfer, bank details: Raiffeisenbank, IBAN: AT60 3505 3000 2602 6492 SWIFT: RVSAAT2S053. For group,
conference and event bookings, the contractually agreed deposit amounts apply.

Please state the IBAN and SWIFT number above for bank transfers free of charge. The reservation is not finalised until the deposit has been received. We are also happy to take your credit card details and debit the respective amount for you.

If there are several reservations for the same room, we kindly ask for your understanding that we will give preference to the earlier booking.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific room numbers and floors!

Cancellations are only valid in writing. You will then receive a cancellation confirmation from the hotel. The provisions of the international hotel contract conditions apply. In the event of early departure, we must charge the price for the entire duration of your stay.

Cancellation costs summer & winter – at the best flexible rate:
up to 7 days before arrival free of charge
6 to 3 days before arrival 50% of the total price
from 2 days before arrival 100%

The cancellation conditions may differ for special offers, early booking rates or last minute rates.

In the event of an official border or hotel closure, you can cancel free of charge anyway, even at short notice.

For group, conference and event bookings, separate amendment and cancellation conditions apply as part of the contract.

Cancellation insurance: We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. It covers all cancellation costs in the event of accident, death of the insured person or their family members before the start of the holiday or during the stay. Please enquire at the hotel – we will be happy to inform you accordingly.

Dogs and pets: € 15.00 per night without food. Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the restaurants (with the exception of the Gasthof) or in the wellness area.

We are happy to provide bathrobes and slippers free of charge for the duration of your stay.

Wireless Lan is available free of charge throughout the hotel.

In summer you can use our locked bike room and in winter our ski room with its own lockers for all rooms. The lockers are also suitable for drying hiking equipment.

Arrival and departure: We ask you to plan your arrival and departure on a weekend (winter). On the day of departure, we will make the room available to you at Hotel Eder until 11.00 a.m., but we ask for your understanding that the room cannot usually be occupied before 2.00 p.m. At Hotel SEPP the room is available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and until 12.00 pm on the day of departure. Please inform us if you arrive after 6.00 pm.

In case of no-show, the international hotel contract conditions apply.

Means of payment: Cash, EC card (A, D, NL), American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Eurocard or a bank transfer free of charge.

The single room supplement is € 20.00 per night.

All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Furthermore, smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel. We have a cosy outdoor lounge for our smokers.

With the publication of the new price list, all previous price lists lose their validity. Subject to price changes, printing errors and mistakes as well as changes to offers.
