A weekend full of heart and warmth in the middle of Advent. Gentle yoga by candlelight, a melt-in-the-mouth cocoa ceremony, light rituals that will make you glow – and plenty of time just for you. All surrounded by: our mountain world in winter glitter, 4-star wellness to immerse yourself in and culinary delights that will make your Advent twice as sweet.

Arrive & get in the mood
From the afternoon onwards, you’ll be trundling in. A smile on your face, the scent of winter in your nose.

Welcome flow with intention and tarot card impulse for the weekend (approx. 60 min) – gentle arrival, conscious start & first getting to know each other
Relaxation time in between
18:30 / 19:00 – gourmet time:20:30 / 21:00
Yin yoga by candlelight and possibly Christmas tea/good night tea (approx. 45 min) – immersion in the darkness, accompanied by music & meditation; with lavender compresses for relaxation

Winter wake-up flow – grounding & energy; (possibly with ginger-lemon shot)
Breakfast afterwards (depending on availability, e.g. 8.00 am or 8.30 am)
- Free time during the day – e.g.:
- Relax in the spa area
- Cappuccino or cocktail at the bar
- Christmas shopping in the ‘Maria & Josef’ shop
- Lunch with a view at the Tom Almhütte
During the day: Cocoa ceremony with Christmas story & journaling – a moment for your heart → Heart-opening cocoa, touching story while drinking, followed by silent reflection with journaling questions (approx. 45 minutes)

Light walk through Maria Alm with silent wishing ritual
→ Punch or aperitif to warm up with a fire bowl, depending on the weather, possibly on the roof terrace of the Eder – as a warm-up or finale.

Five-course gourmet menu in the hotel restaurant (everyone is welcome when and with whom they like).
Heart & homecoming
07:30 – 08:30 am
Yoga session incl. meditation and singing bowl with a focus on opening the heart during Advent; breakfast afterwards.

The night from Sunday to Monday regularly € 190.00, Advent special: € 100.00 p.p. incl. delicious 5-course menu on Sunday evening and breakfast on Monday. Relaxed departure – ideal for all those who want to treat themselves to an extra portion of peace and quiet.
