For 50 years we have been spoiling our guests with culinary delights ranging from local Pinzgau delicacies to haute cuisine. We also take care of creating the appropriate ambience, from a cosy wooden room to a dining room decorated for a wedding.

There’s a very special feature that has just recently been added in the garden of the Steinernes Meer Hotel Eder, namely the Carpe Diem hut.

Constructed from Nordic pine, it’s a wonderful place for 12 people to spend time together in a cosy setting…

Rustic wooden benches, warm reindeer skins, and the wonderful smell of steaks cooking on the central open fire, spare ribs being fried, and an atmosphere that is just perfect for celebrations. These things are what make the Carpe Diem hut not just an somewhat different venue for family parties, birthdays, or small corporate get-togethers, but rather something that has simply got to be experienced!

(Another opportunity for a lovely get-together in the Carpe Diem hut might be a competition, or a just fun game, on our curling pitch, either in summer or in winter).
