- Reservations must be made in writing (fax / mail / letter) to be valid. Once a reservation has been made (accommodation contract) the international hotel contract conditions are taken as accepted.
- Deposit: €150 (in the summer) and €300 (in the winter), free of charge, per room, payable by transfer into our account, account number 28860, bank: Raiffeisenbank, sort code: 35003, IBAN: AT983500300000010561 SWIFT: RVSAAT2S003.
- To enable a charge free transfer, please use the above IBAN and SWIFT numbers. A reservation is not definite until receipt of the deposit. We will be pleased to take your credit card details and charge the appropriate amount.
- If there is more than one enquiry for the same room, please understand that we will honour the first booking.
- Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee particular room numbers and floors.
- Cancellations must be made in writing - you will then receive a confirmation from us. The international hotel contract conditions apply. In the case of a short notice cancellation (if the room cannot be re-booked), and in the case of ending your stay earlier than expected, the price for the entire stay will be charged.
- Cancellation insurance: we recommend you take out a cancellation insurance. This covers all cancellation charges in the case of accident, or death of the insured party or family before the holiday as well as during it. (Please ask for details, we will be glad to help!)
- Dogs and other pets: €10 per night (without food and just in the Room Classic). Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the restaurants (except in the Gasthof) and in the wellness area.
- We will be pleased to supply you with bath robes and flip-flops, you will find them in your room.
- Wireless Internet is available in the hotel lobby area - Internet is available by cable connection or through the Infotainment flatscreen TV in your room.
- There are 2 secure bike cellars available to our guests in the summer, and 2 ski cellars in the winter. These can be used for drying equipment.
- Arrival and departure: please plan your arrival and departure to to be at a weekend (in the winter). On your day of departure, your room remains available to you until 11:00; please understand that on arrival rooms are not generally available until after 14:00. If you are planning to arrive after 18:00, please let us know beforehand.
- In the case of non-arrival, the international hotel contract conditions apply. Our team at reception is available to help you at any time.
- Payment: cash, EC card (Austria, Denmark, Netherlands), American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Eurocard, or a charge-free transfer.
- Single room supplement costs €16 per night.
- All of our rooms are no smoking. In addition, the whole dining area is a no smoking zone. Smoking is permitted in the hotel bar, in the "Chillis Bar", and at the locals' table in the Gasthof at certain times.
- On publication of a new price list, all old prices are invalid. No liability is taken for errors, printing errors, or change in prices.
